Today I’m going to talk to you about Caudalie’s new line with cleaning products, with 5 products. As you know, it is essential to remove the makeup, since the skin must be free to breathe and not “plugged” by the make up.
The new line that I’m talking today made with 90% of the natural ingredients and there are no parabens, mineral oils, nor sulfates and no animal-derived ingredients. There are 5 different textures to eliminate make-up and take care of your skin gently. The main ingredient of this line is the grape extract, but there are also others ingredients that act in a specific way such as sage, chamomile and grape seed oil.
Today I’m going to tell you what’s my favorite product and my opinion about all cleansing products!
Let’s start with Mousse nettoyante Fleur de Vigne (CHF 18.10), which is as soft as a cloud and has no soap. Its scent is really very light and pleasant and, when you use it on the skin (you only need 2 push), it will be a real pleasure! This product, thanks to the extract of grapes and sage, moisturizes and purifies the dirt and is also perfect to use in the morning for proper cleansing. The 98% of the ingredients are natural! Of course, you can also decide to pair the mousse with the Caudalíe exfoliating cream: in this way, you will have a 2-in-1 product that cleans, exfoliates and hydrates. Anyway, I’m still very appreciative its delicacy on my face and I find it really very funny to mix two products to have one that is able to perform two actions on the skin!
The next product I would like to show you is the oil make-up remover (19.70 CHF): grape seed, sweet almond, sunflower and castor oils have been associated in this product, taking care of the skin and moisturizing it. As you can imagine, this is a product suitable for removing from the face, eyes and lips any type of makeup, including even the most stubborn one like waterproof. I tried this oil and I believe that I will use this product to remove the stubborn lipsticks, since you will have to do is put it on the palm of your hand, warm it, pass it on the make-up area and then emulsify with water, removing all the dirt.
Even the micellar water by Caudalie (18.10 CHF) is very good, bit if you want to eliminate the waterproof make-up I suggest you to use oil make-up remover. In any case, this micellar water leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness on the skin, thanks to its formula of organic grape water which has moisturizing properties; let’s not forget even the chamomile that cleanses, moisturizes and soothes the skin! Testing the micellar water I noticed that the make up more resistant as the waterproof is not eliminated with ease: so if you have only this product you will have to spend more time to completely remove the make up!
Finally I’m going to talk about the tonic (18.10 CHF) and cleansing milk (18.10 CHF), a combination appreciated above all by the “traditionalists” people: in this way you can use the cleansing milk to gently remove the makeup, while the tonic will remove residues of make up and leave your skin fresher!
As you will have understood, my favorite product is the detergent mousse, since it can be combined with scrub, but also with oil and cleansing milk, but now I want to know from you if you have already tried Caudalíe products to clean your face from make up!
