The first product I am going to tell you about is the face wash gel: it is a product with a gel-like texture that turns into a very light foam on contact with water. I recommend washing your skin with this product because it is really pleasant, but be careful to avoid the eye area as the essential oils may cause irritation.
I would remind you, however, that this is not an ideal product for removing make-up; Caudalie, in fact, has another line that you can consider for removing make-up such as the Vinoclean line. Another interesting thing I discovered when I read more about the product on the official website concerns the use of this gel even on the back in the presence of acne: mucous membranes should obviously be avoided!
Purifying Toner Vinopure by Caudalie
This tonic is perfect for taking care of skin with imperfections such as pimples, acne, but also blackheads and enlarged pores. The main ingredients are natural salicylic acid, organic grape water and 6 essential oils that have a purifying action.
Inside this tonic, there is also natural alcohol with purifying properties that favours the penetration of the active ingredients. It is obtained from beetroot.
You can use this product after you have properly washed your face with the gel to restore the pH and reduce imperfections, smoothing the surface and tightening the pores. You can apply the product using a cotton ball or directly with clean fingers, depending on your preference.
Blemish Control Salicylic Serum by Caudalie
Caudalie Vinopure anti-imperfection serum is designed to minimise imperfections and refine the texture of the face by tightening pores. Even if you suffer from acne, this anti-imperfection serum can visibly improve your skin, giving you a healthy, mattifying appearance.
The formula of Caudalie’s new anti-imperfection serum has been enriched with 97% naturally derived ingredients and contains naturally derived salicylic acid (these are exfoliating acids that can be used in skincare), extracted from Gaultheria leaves. The salicylic anti-imperfection serum also continues niacinamide and polyphenols: the former have a soothing function and restore the skin barrier, while the latter help to keep the skin healthy because like so many antioxidants they slow down skin ageing.
Another interesting aspect of this product is the eco-friendly packaging as it is 100% recyclable and made of recycled glass and plastic. The pump and caps can be recycled directly in the shop.

The formula of this product is mattifying thanks to Java tea extract, which has a sebum-regulating and moisturising action due to the addition of 5 per cent organic grape water. It is also to be considered that this is a product that is 96% made of original natural ingredients, free of synthetic perfume, silicones and pegs. Another aspect not to be overlooked is the packaging: it is 100% recyclable.
As far as application is concerned, however, it is pleasant: you can put it on in the morning and evening on dry skin, alone or after the serum, avoiding the eye contour. The texture of this fluid is quite light, so much so that it dries quickly and keeps the skin matte throughout the day. It is also recommended if you have sensitive, dry skin, as the grapes have a soothing effect.

As you can well imagine, to get the most out of this Caudalie brand line, you need to follow the various product steps. Remember, however, that you can also use the products on their own by including them in your beauty routine. Each product has a single function that allows you to take care of your skin in a targeted way.

- Restore the skin’s pH level with the Purifying Toner;
- Reduce redness with the Salicylic Acid Enriched Serum;

My opinion about Vinopure by Caudalie
I have been quite happy with the products in Caudalie’s Vinopure range. The textures are light and there are no scents that can be somewhat disturbing. Having combination and sensitive skin, I can say it’s really good, even though I don’t suffer from a lot of pimples. So if you are looking for a range of products that can counteract a problem such as acne or simply a period of stress when your face is covered in pimples, this range is for you.
Please note that the Vinopure range is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Alternatively, I read on the Caudalie website that you can use the Vinoperfect serum for acne spots in this situation.
