Halloween is coming and I decide to show you a simple Halloween cookie recipe..You can realize these cookies also if you aren’t a good chef XD
INGREDIENTS:
- 400 g of flour
- 30 grams of starch
- 200 grams of sugar
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 or 3 drops of aroma of coconut (optional)
- strawberry jam q.b.
- Spray black food
- Tube of orange icing
PREPARATION
- Joining theflour, starch and sugar in a large bowl;
- Cut into cubes the butter at room temperature and add it to the bowl;
- Add, then, milk and egg and mix together until you get a smooth dough;
- Let the dough rest of pastry in the fridge for 1 hour, in a plastic bag;
- With the help of the parchment paper, roll out until you get a thickness of half a centimeter;
- Making Halloween cookies with shapes (in my case a cat and a pumpkin);
- Some pumpkins were carved because then they will be stuffed with strawberry jam, as if it were a cookie as sandwich;
- Cook your cookie at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes;
- Decorate your the cookies when it’s at ambient temperature as you wish;
