This is the first time that I try to made tagliatelle with the flour of Molino Grassi. Now let’s start to prepare this recipe!
Homemade tagliatelle with cream and salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of organic flour grain Khorasan Kamut
- 1 tablespoon extravirgin olive oil
- double cream
- salmon
- 1 clove garlic
HOW TO DO




- In a bowl, combine the flours with eggs, extravirgine olive oil and mix with the help of a fork;
- Working well together with your hands;
- Let the dough rest for two hours after it is wrapped in plastic wrap and place in the bowl;
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and then roll it up to cut the noodles;
- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water;
- Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by putting a little oil and a clove of garlic to brown;
- Then add the salmon and brown too;
- Then add the cream and black pepper and let go for a few minutes;
- Drain the pasta and serve directly in the sauce;
